As Videographer/Photographer for the National History Academy, this was one of the videos that I had created to emulate the goal of the program – instilling the tools for youth to participate in civic democracy.

As the students at the National History Academy grew their voice, they came to better understand American democracy and civics. Being the videographer, I got to see first-hand how these students were growing.

As the National History Academy wrapped up their four-week residential program, the voice of the camp as well as the students was both pronounced and alive. The 

This short six minute documentary dives into an Alachua County non-profit that focuses on returning the arts into the city of Gainesville: The Acrosstown Theatre. This is set to premiere on WUFT-TV at the end of April/Early May.
